We download this file and,

We extract the archive and throw the EFI folder into our USB.

Our USB should be named EFI!

Then we go to the EFI/OC/config section, copy the file according to the model of our processor, paste it into the EFI/OC/ section and change its name to config. Immediately after, we turn off Secure Boot and restart the system.
